Rebecca Witting
Lives & works in London, UK
Taught from the the age of 7 by her Grandfather who specialised in oil landscapes, and winning BTA national schools art award, Rebecca took art to A-level and continued to paint throughout her language studies at Goldsmiths University. Following uni, she travelled to Switzerland and supplied abstract acrylics to hoteliers. She has exhibited in Greenwich galleries and is a member of the Greenwich Open Studios. Rebecca's recent work combines abstract and classic styles together to produce the 'Birds' series. Future projects will explore the combination of acrylic, gesso and the technique of photo transfer.
